Biography

Barry is a lifelong professional photojournalist in his fourth decade of passionately creating storytelling images. He has been successfully earning a living with a camera for the past 37 years.

Barry is the shared recipient of the Pulitzer Prize in Journalism. His photographs have won awards from the University of Missouri’s Pictures of the Year, the Professional Football Hall of Fame, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), among others. He’s taught photojournalism at the college level and sits on the Professional Advisory Committee at the Art Institute of Colorado.
