Listing Pricing and Ordering Information
The
Pictage Studio Listing
Your first region listing is provided free of charge as part of your Pictage Membership. Professional Plan members also receive a second region at no additional charge. Charges will apply (as listed below) for each additional region.
- Additional regions
are $45 each.
- National
Region: Pictage now offers a "National"
region, for those photographers who travel throughout
the United States to shoot weddings. The "National"
region will be marketed to higher-end brides,
who are looking for top-tier photographers to
capture their special day. The "National" region
can be enabled in the same way as any other
region in the Pictage Directory. If you select
"National" as your one free region (all additional
regions are $45/month), you will only be visible
to a bride who has selected "National." Please
note that "National" does not show in all local
regions.
- Pictage Directory
Ranking: As a way to offer all Pictage partners the opportunity
to enjoy premier Directory placement, every
studio on the Pictage Directory is now ranked
(per region). Pictage determines a studio's
ranking by factoring two things: client service
level and web sale orders.
New
Sample Event Feature
For a one-time fee of
$25, you can have our Special Services department
create a Sample Event for you by combining your
best images from five different Pictage events!
This is a great opportunity for you to showcase
a variety of your work to current and prospective
clients. Simply send Event ID's and image selections
(from up to five different events) to specialservices@pictage.com.
Please note the following information before ordering:
- Use a variety of images
that effectively showcase your work.
- We have found that the
best way to make an impression on brides is
not to overwhelm them with too many images,
so please choose selectively.
- Image selections must
be found in existing events in your Pictage
account.
- Sample events are not
categorized or rotated. Images are displayed
in the order they are sent in your e-mail.
- After the first
year, there is an annual fee of $10 to maintain
your Sample Event on Pictage's site.

Style of Photography:
This refers to the styles
of photography your studio primarily shoots in.
Please check all that apply. Styles include the
following:
- Traditional: The photographer works solely
from a pre-determined "shot list" of images
requested by the bride and groom. The list
generally includes posed shots, as well as,
candid images taken at pre-arranged events
(i.e., bride and groom cutting the cake).
- Photojournalism: The photographer moves through
the wedding capturing special moments as he
or she finds them. Generally, the photographer
does not use an established list of shots.
- Creative: Photographers place the subjects in
certain settings to take advantage of good
lighting or beautiful backgrounds. Once
the scene is set, the couple and their party
are free to be themselves, resulting
in a more spontaneous feel. Unlike the photojournalism
style, creative photography takes advantage
of the photographer's artistic judgment rather
than simply capturing a series of moments.
- Fine Art: Photographers blend a specific art form (such
as Surrealism) with actual images, candid
or prearranged, from the wedding.
