Regina’s love for photography started at age 7. She moved up to her own 35mm camera by age 10 and traveled the US with her family during the summer taking thousands of photos. Regina graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Photojournalism in 1991. She photographed her first wedding a month after graduation. After photographing weddings for many friends, Regina started her own wedding photography business as a result of a web design class at Duke University in 2000. Regina moved back to her small hometown near Asheville in 2001 and has steadily been growing her business. Regina studied with Denis Reggie in Atlanta in April 2006 and will attend the LaCour workshop in February 2007. Regina primarily shoots weddings and children’s portraits. She attended Pictage’s Partner Conference in Atlanta in March 2006 and in Los Angeles in September 2006. Regina loves how Pictage helps their photographers develop their businesses and shares ideas through leaders in the field.
