Sofia was a professional ballet dancer in New York City. While dancing, Sofia toured all over the US, Mexico and Europe. In 2001, Sofia stopped dancing and struggled with what to do next. With encouragement and a big shove from her hubby, she started her photography business with a few actors headshots, dance performance photos and a very daring couple who needed a cheap wedding photographer. Sofia has come a long way in the last 5 years becoming the official "big" event photographer for Philadelphia Magazine, lead photographer for Tendu Magazine and shooting 20+ weddings a year. Sofia's work has been published in other regional and national magazines as well. Alessandra was born in 2005 and Sofia spends every possible moment laughing with, loving and photographing her life.
