Pictage’s Client Review system is a customized referral system associated with your Pictage Directory Listing. Unlike any other referral system you may have seen, ours only contains “Verified Reviews.” That means, all the reviews your potential clients read come from REAL clients about their OWN events and your services. No anonymous comments or remarks are ever allowed.
How It Works
- On a daily basis, Pictage determines which of your events are newly verified
- For an event to be considered a “verified” event, all of the following criteria must be met:
- The event date has occurred
- The event must be released to the owner
- The event must have had at least one consumer or photographer order shipped (excluding Event Submission and FTP orders)
- The event owner cannot be a photographer
- Pictage will send the owners of all newly “verified” events the following email which asks them to recommend their photographer:

If your client responds to the email, he or she can write a review for you:

- Once a new review has been submitted you are notified via email, from where you can choose to publish the review, reject the review, or go to the Client Reviews tab of your Pictage.com account. Publishing the review immediately posts the review to your listing; rejecting the review means that the review will not be posted to your listing:

- On the Client Reviews tab, you are able to view/update all the reviews you have received through the Client Review program.
