Frequently Asked Questions

How many regions can I be listed in?

You can be listed in as many regions as you want. However, note that as a part of your Pictage membership, your first two regions are free. Each additional region is $45 / month.

None of the regions in your list are close to me. Can you add my region?

In the future, we will be reviewing all requests for additional regions based on feedback from photographers and clients. Email photographerdirectory@pictage.com with any suggestions, and we will add them to our list of regions for consideration.

How are studios ranked in the search results?

Your ranking (or how high you show up) in the search results is determined by two things: your client service level and your web sale orders. Studios with higher revenue from client sales show up higher in the search results. We will be updating our ranking algorithm in the near future to encompass a wider variety of factors. Once the algorithm is finalized, we will share elements of it with you so you know what it takes to move up.

I still have questions/comments…where can I send them?

Send us an email at photographerdirectory@pictage.com. We’d love to hear your feedback!
